- BMA Pawn Shop Office has organized monthly sale of unredeemed items including diamond, gold, copper alloy, silver and miscellaneous electric appliances from 21 pawnshop branches.

- For the sales of unredeemed items the committee will evaluate the suitably minimum selling price of the property, and then have them resold to the general public by the oral auction. The auction price is set to increase at least 10 Baht for each bidding.

 - The auction will be done on the 2, 3 and 4 Saturday of every month. The unredeemed jewelry including diamond, gold, copper alloy and silver will be opened for selling. The start time is 09.00 AM forth.

 - The last working day of each month will launch the sale of miscellaneous unredeemed items including electric appliances, watches, pens, televisions, radios, computers, notebooks tools etc. The start time is 10.00 AM Forth.

- The mortgage ticket owner must have the fingerprints scaled at the back of ticket (fingerprints must be clear and able to identify the same person whose fingerprints appeared at the front of the ticket).

- Fill out at the back of ticket completely.

- Bring the real ID card together with a copy (the ID card must be valid).

- In case of assigning other persons to act on behalf for pledge or interest payment without the authorization at the back of the mortgage ticket, do as follow;

- Bring the mortgage ticket to file a complaint at the local police station in charge of the located area of the pawnshop to show the ownership of the mortgage property, and the police daily blotter will be issued.

- Bring the mentioned documents to Registration Division, the Royal Thai Police (Pawnshop Control Department) to have them sealed as the license for interest payment or redemption.

- Bring the mentioned documents together with the real ID card and copy to the pawnshop for interest payment or redemption hereafter.

- The person acting on behalf must be the trustee with a court order, and the following evidences must be submitted at the pawnshop for the interest payment or redemption.

     1. Mortgage ticket
     2. Death certificate with a copy
     3. House registration of the dead with a copy.
     4. ID card of the person acting on behalf with a copy
     5. Court order in case of being the trustee.
     6. Bring the documents No. 1 - 5 to file a complaint at the local police station in               charge of the located area of the pawnshop.
     7. Bring the mentioned documents to Registration Division, the Royal Thai Police               (pawnshop Control Department) to have them scaled as the license.
     8. Bring the mentioned documents to the pawnshop for interest payment or redemption hereafter.

          :: In Case of Having no Court Order::

          - A consent letter must be made and signed by all heirs, brought to file a complaint and issued the daily blotter at the local police station, and then sealed as the license at Pawnshop Control Department.

(in case of intention to buy back) Do as follows;

::In Case of Having the Mortgage Ticket and Being the Ticket Owner::

     - Bring the mortgage ticket and the ID card to the pawnshop for the redemption according to the specified date and time.

::In Case of Having no Mortgage Ticket but Being the Ticket Owner::

- Contact the pawnshop to have been issued a statement for the lost ticket and get fingerprints checked to ensure the status of the same person with the pledger.

- Bring the issued statement and the ID card to BMA Pawn Shop Office; meet the Director for checking evidences and interrogation in the recording of interrogations form (Por - Kho 14).

- Authorities will inform the time of redemption.

::In Case of having the Mortgage Ticket and Being the Mortgage Asset owner::

- Assigned to pledge but unable to contact the pledger, the person acting on behalf must bring the ID card to BMA Pawn Shop Office, meet the Director for checking evidences and interrogation in the recording of interrogations form (Por - Kor 14). The Director will consider whether the assets will be redeemed.

- In case of Director's permission, bring the mentioned documents to the pawnshop for redemption hereafter.   

Interest of Non - Full Month

          Pledged within 15 days will be charged interest at the half month rate. For more than 15 days, pledge will be charged at the monthly rate (determined the day of pledge as the 1 date).

- Principal installment - increase can be done by interest payment from the day of pledge to the day requesting for installment - increase (installment or increase - interest)

- The mortgage ticket is valid for 4 months and 30 days

- In case the mortgage ticket is due on holidays.

- In case of the due mortgage ticket for interest payment or redemption falling on the weekends or holidays, pledgers are able to contact again on the first working date without additional interest.
